  • Terry McDonald was fantastic as our buyers agent! Could not have asked for better service. He really knows Charlotte neighborhoods and great for families! I travel for work weekly, and my wife was home with a toddler and late in pregnancy with twins. Terry worked around my availability on the road and handled many things remotely, and worked with our family schedules to find us a home. He started the process by spending real time with us to understand what we were looking for, and then spent a full day showing us things he new we would both like and not like, so we could get a sense for what trade-offs were available. Then he helped us find the perfect home once he had a sense for what would fit us. When our offer was accepted, he was with us every step of the way providing guidance and facilitating all the logistics. Made the whole process as stress free as I could have imagined! Thanks Terry!
