  • This branch is a joke. The snippy little Spanish girl with glasses is always rude. One time, ok you're obviously having a bad day, but every time I go in there. Not ok. Every time I go in, I hand them my ID and a deposit slip. That's what you need to verify its you. ID. She asks if I have a debit card. No, I never do bc debit card pins are easy to steal. If I had a debit card on me I would use the ATM. Right..? I even wrote the name of which account to deposit in, you can name your accounts. That wasnt good enough, I need the last 4 numbers of the account. I tell her I don't remember them. So she says she'll write it down and I can keep it with me. Yes please can I walk around with a piece of paper I may use once a month. No. Seriously. Excuse me is what I should say? What is she being paid for? Use her little computer and fill in the blanks. I've been with US bank for 15 years! I have plenty of options for banks. Especially with the amount I just deposited?? Do not get lippy with your loyal customers!
