  • I would give NO star to this airline if yelp allows me to do so! This airline ruined my day! It didn't notify us that its airplane was broken until it was boarding time. Its managers were arrogant. The female one did not apologize with sincerity and she was talking like a boss! The male manager wanted to expel us without solving the problem! One thing made me so angry is that, they promised us that other passengers would not be boarded the next day if over-booked. That means it was highly possible that a broken airplane was an excuse! Their seats may be overbooked and they just wanted to send us away without being blamed. PS. The gentleman helped us check in was good and nice. I guess my one star can be giving to him.
