  • I love the idea of having a Mom and Pop's Thrifty Ice Cream Parlor in my neighbor hood, and have been there twice. And both times I also observed the older man not wearing gloves, nor did he wash his hands during our visit. On my next visit, if he waits on me, I'm going to call it to his attention that gloves are a must!. He needs to be told...... Also outdoor tables with umbrellas would be nice....
