I have been going to this place for five years and I've always had Mila the top hairstylist supposedly. I went in there Thursday to have my hair touched up full highlight. Mila mixed up the hair dye and applied it to my hair with foil put me under hair dryer. Rinse my hair and my hair came out so dark. I am a dishwater blonde Mila looked at my hair and stated oh my I'm so sorry I forgot to put he highlights in there I use the wrong color it's an easy fix I'm just having a bad day so she re did my hair but just the front where my bangs are and made them platinum gray white I stated the back of my hair is still brown and she told me it was a new look that my hair is very blonde on the top now I stated I've been here four an a half hours . That she needs to fix my hair but I need to go pick up my daughter mila told me why just live with my hair the way it looks. I paid $250 and I went home and started crying my hair looks horrible after her dying my hair two time my hair is starting to fallout my hair is long into my way waist . She told me she could correct it on Saturday morning at nine I arrived Saturday morning at nine I sat there waiting for 45 minutes only to have Emma at the front desk tell me that I don't have an appointment for today . they did not schedule it for me today that she thought my appointment was the day before I started crying I was so upset she told me that I need to stop crying because I'm disturbing and interrupting her other guests I stated you took money from me she admitted to making a mistake twice she supposed to fix it they told me that she's busy with other clients and then I will have to come back another time I told her that I was leaving for New York and I need it fixed and she said well that's too bad that Mila is Busy. I pleaded my hair feels like straw and it's falling out and it looks horrible you have to do something to fix it and she told me because I'm crying and making a scene and that I was upset that I have to leave and they are not touching my hair that they will have a regional director call me to see if they can refund me. The worst place I have ever dealt with they should be ashamed of themselves I only wish something like this happens to them that old saying karma. What goes around comes around three times fold I hope something horrible like this happens to them see if they don't get upset and cry when someone makes a major error on them for their child
