  • Unfortunately Service and politeness is essential to treating your customers . They have a rude clerk who locks the door and refused to acknowledge customers waiting to get attention . Storage companies are service businesses and should accord their customers professional treatment as well . This clerk screams at the customer and yells if you seek attention . I would not be back . I have been a repeat customer of public storage in the past but their service has deteriorated . The facilities are dirty as well . And if you have home insurance do not get duped into paying their proposed insurance . I did the first time
