  • my car was hit by a Progressive insured vehicle. it was a minor damage to my rear bumper. I took it to get an estimate for the repair and after a few days later, the adjuster from Progressive called me and told me that there was no accident. What? NO ACCIDENT? Who were in my car? Three others and I. We were all in that accident. we weren't like faking injury or anything. Just wanted the bumper to be fixed. How can the adjuster finalize the decision to be no accident? These adjusters are criminals!!! Yes! I said it! CRIMINALS! Thats how they keep the insurance cost low. Watch out people!
