  • How does Johnny Mac's have 4 stars?? The lunch service lacked service. Our waitress came to our table when we first sat down, but then we lost her to somewhere in the back for more than 30 minutes. After we finished eating, we wanted more cocktails, but nobody asked. The food was just "ok" and definitely not worth their prices! We then went to the bar to play and drink but again, no service. Bartenders need to check back and encourage the drinks and play to get customers to stay longer and spend money, right?! Rumor has it there are amazing servers (namely Gemma), but today's service did not meet those expectations. In addition, the women's restroom was out of seat covers and paper towels. When the staff was told, they said okay, but then it wasn't taken care of. We won't be back to give this place another shot unless Gemma is working.
