  • If I could leave this office 0 stars I would. The staff is negligent and the doctor lacks any punctuality. I was taken back for my appointment 20 minutes late and then it took another 45 minutes of lying around in a paper gown until the doctor game in for 5 minutes. The doctor had a student shadowing her and did not ask if it was okay for her to be in the room during the appointment. I went in to have my birth control (Nexplanon) replaced and the doctor told me that it would take 2 more appointments over the span of 2 more months. 1 appointment to remove my previous one and then I would have to wait for several weeks to have a new one reinserted. It is really sad when Planned Parenthood is more knowledgeable and more efficient than a private practice doctor, as they do this in one appointment, instead of wasting everyone's time. When I tried to follow up with the office, they kept telling me that me insurance would not cover my birth control (called them directly and it is covered in full) and that I was not entitled to any of my own lab results. I would never recommend this office or this doctor to anyone. Update: I kept trying to schedule an appointment to have my birth control replaced and instead of calling me the office sent me a later to transfer my records and telling me to find a new doctor. Reading other reviews of this office, this is not the first time they have done this. This is extremely unprofessional.
