  • Been here 6+ times (as its closest to home) and it's always the same. The service is TERRIBLE. Never a greeting, let alone a friendly one. There is NO customer service here. None. Today I watched one of the employees (female, dark hair) interact with about 8 customers without smiling once. Not once. They need some serious staff training, this place isn't worth it. Find bagels elsewhere.
