  • After an unprofessional experience with Hertz (low on customer service), my insurance company provided me with contact information for Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 9555 S Eastern. I called and spoke with Earl, who offered to send a car to pick me up. I had a ride; however, I did appreciate the offer. When I arrived at the location, I met Earl who was professionally dressed, approachable and professional. Earl had me in a car in a few minutes and repeatedly asked if he could be of assistance. Earl turned my frustrated morning into a great experience. Thanks so much for taking the time to be a true customer service representative! I would recommend this Enterprise location to others.
