| - I was having unique issues with my 2007 Chrysler 300... Yes, you read that right. As their business cards state, "We service all makes and models," and they do it honestly, with courtesy and attention. Why would I bring my Chrysler to a place known for working on European imports? Simple: by word of mouth, I was told by a friend that EHFI was an honest and reliable mechanic that worked on a variety of cars, and they treated my buddy well, didn't price gouge him, and he'd had a great experience, so I gave them a shot, and I'm incredibly pleased that I did.
So, back to that car issue, I was experiencing some weird jolting, shaking, sputtering, by whatever description you want to give it, at 2250 RPM, but it only happened during the first drive of the day. After the car was restarted, no issue. I dropped the car off, and Brandon took great care of everything. When the techs couldn't initially figure out what was going on, and I went to pick my car back up, I experienced the issue again. So, I circled the block, picked up Scotty from the EHFI shop, and Scotty rode around the block with me to experience what I had, first hand. After a few more diagnostics, the problem was identified (oddly, a faulty battery and voltage supply), and they swapped it out for a very competitive price.
I'm very happy to refer friends to EHFI, and if my car faces other issues, I know where I'll be taking it. Thank you to Barry, Brandon, Scotty, and Josh for your courtesy, professionalism, and honesty.
