  • Worst customer service and I've been a long time member of this gym. They used to have friendly staff that made you feel like family. The new staff is completely unfriendly and unprofessional. Also, before they would allow kids to sit quietly on the couch or table, now this isn't the case so again this gym is NOT kid friendly, so if you're a single parent or a couple trying to work out you CANNOT have you child sit at the table and do homework. For this reason alone I DO NOT recommend this gym. Upon speaking to the manager he made it very clear that they didn't care that before we were allowed to have a 8 year old do their homework quietly. There was to be no "kids" allowed, regardless of the fact that there is always a kid sitting there while there parents worked out. So much for teaching kids and allowing them a first hand look at being healthy. Once again I can't say this enough, this is NOT the place to go in N Scottsdale.
