  • The worst customer service! I had an appointment today to have someone come out to measure for new windows. First it took TEN days to get the appointment, I left work early to get home on time, when the person didnt show up I called the store. I was told I "slipped through the cracks" and they would have to reschedule. Screw that! Home Depot is right down the street. They sell windows too. I'll NEVER shop at Lowe's again!
