  • We had to visit Charlotte's best cajun joint before we headed home to NYC. 4 stars for the haunted black magic atmosphere of the restaurant. Even in broad daylight, the dining hall had a dark shrouded vibe going on. The beignets let me down a little bit but the shrimp & grits more than made up for it. The fried popcorn shrimp was also very well done but the highlight for me was the shrimp & grits.
