  • Absolutely worst customer service ever! I walked in to get my phone fixed and I was told the Technicians are not here and he had no idea when they would be at the store... Really? That's the best you can tell me? Why would you not have a technician on staff every hour that you are open? I will never step foot in this store again or be a customer of Sprint.
