  • Last time I ordered they messed up my pizza order, so I called back and the manager told me that next time I ordered I would get a pizza for free. Sounded like a good idea at the time until I tried to redeem that free pizza and it magically vanished. Nowhere to be found. It was my mistake to trust that they would actually hold up their end. If they offer you a "free" pizza after they mess up your order, it's probably just to shut you up. Take the immediate redelivery instead.
