  • Just had a hand and foot massage with Nicole. I came in on Friday on my lunch break and she forgot to check that the Parrafin dip was heated and ready for me. So after lotioning my hands and my legs, she had to send me home and reschedule. Mistakes happen. No big deal. She had informed me that she would redo the entire session since it was an inconvienence. I come in Monday and she immediately does the Parrafin dip and instead of doing the session over, she sends me home. My personal opinion is that is bad customer service. She should have stuck to her word and comped me for her screw up. Now I have wasted 2 lunch breaks, gas, money, and my time for two boot leg sessions. All she did was lotion my hands and feet the first time, which I can do myself and a parrafin dip the second round. There was no exfoliation, no relaxing massage. Lotion and wax. Not worth your time or money. I do not recommend it. You would be better off buying a bottle of 15 dollar lotion and doing it at home.
