  • Being from Texas, I had to check this place out. It first of all, looked pretty legit from the outside. Inside, looked pretty legit too! I had a few minutes before I needed to be somewhere, so I just got 1/4 of the moist brisket. I love when places keep the bark on the brisket, which is where a lot of the flavor is. The brisket was super moist, very name appropriate. The spicy BBQ sauce was great. It wasn't very spicy, but it had a nice kick to it. I have to admit, this was pretty great brisket - they know what they're doing here. A little on the expensive side, but worth the try. I would definitely go back for sure!
