The bowling alley itself is very nice and new! The service however was horrendously slow and did their best to avoid us and all their other tables. They mostly we're fixated on doing their side work hours before close.. We we're a party of 4 and reached the 3rd frame and realized our server was totally MIA. Not sure why since there were three waitresses gabbing by the computers the whole time.. so we went and asked them to help us and at least one of them agreed to come do their job and took our order (food and drink at the same time since we had so much time to look beforehand).. Got the PBR beer tower (don't ask for other beers, it's PBR or bust lol), chicken tenders and pretzel bites..Server comes back and tells me they are out of buffalo sauce for the chicken (it's hot sauce and butter... how are you out??) But fine I tried the Asian sauce instead. The beer tower came out 30 minutes later!! No water or anything was ever offered and out waitress was missing again. Food finally came by the second game (maybe they grub hubbed it from elsewhere and that's why it took an hour). It was cold and dry. there was a film on top of the pretzel cheese since it had probably been sitting in the window for 30 minutes.. it probably would have been ok if it didn't clearly sit there for so long and get cold.
Moral of the story. Really cool bowling alley with almost comically bad service with possibly good food if they feel like bringing it out hot.. maybe this was a fluke since they are so new... I will go back in a month to try again and hopefully update this review to a higher rating because this palce has promise! Just need better staff!!
