  • My oh my, what a concept! I was intrigued as soon as I heard the name and knew we had to try it as soon as we arrived in Charlotte. The place was already packed but we were lucky enough to find two seats at the bar. The restaurant from the bar looked modern and eclectic and I loved the bold artwork on the walls. The fish tank by the bar was quite beautiful as well. After looking over their expansive menu of you guessed it, burgers and sushi (and more). We decided to try the best of both worlds by ordering a traditional sushi roll and a roll under their "burgushi." Both rolls were phenomenal and the burgushi, also served with a side of fries, was like no sushi we've ever had. Imagine a Big Mac in sushi form. Strange but in the best way possible. Hands down, Cowfish Sushi Burger is a must try in Charlotte.
