  • I canceled my account last week and was told to leave my empty bottles outside today so they can pick them up and my account was canceled and at zero balance and I would get a credit for the bottles (deposits I initially paid). Today six bottles of water were left in front of my door. I called Sparklett's and had to call six different times because I kept getting disconnected because of their phone service. When I finally got through to somebody they told me that my account was pending cancellation. The next person said that my account was not canceled, then when they sent me to the next person after 45 minutes of being on the phone they said that my account had been canceled last week and someone was supposed to pick up the bottles however no one would be in the neighborhood until later in the week. Worst customer service ever and extremely difficult to cancel but very very easy to sign up (big surprise huh) I will never use this company again and I will advise all of my family and friends to not use them
