  • I think they just recently changed owner or rename the restaurant. It was called Jade Palace and it's now called Phoenix Palace. Don't go there. I was a royal customer. I stop going there when I had chance to see how they cook. Their Dim Sum is no long as good as Chainese's standard. It's too American style. Just don't go there try the best Dim Sum at other location on N/W Ray and Alma School Rd.
