  • Tried to bring in my shoes that had been chewed by my puppy. I called a day before and explained the damage, and I was told that I can bring the shoes in. When I went to the shop the guy told me 'he does not have time to repair the shoes'. After that I turned around and left. I believe that this is the way to treat the customer! I would never come here again!
