I've been to this restaurant two times and the the pho is great. The menu at first glance seems pretty expensive, $5 for two egg rolls, appetizers, etc. But if you come during their weekday happy hour (something like M-F 3pm-5pm) the appetizers are half off, which makes them "normal" priced as far as Vietnamese joints go. What you pay for is the nice atmosphere, everything is very clean, and the decor is very nice, and modern.
The bowls of pho are around $9-$10 which is expensive, but the bowls are actually fairly large so it evens out. My first impressions of this restaurant were that it was far too expensive to be a Vietnamese restaurant, but after seeing the large portions of pho and bun bo hue, I'd recommend this restaurant!
