  • There is no comparison in Markham. I got off a 4 hr flight recently and wanted something that warms the stomach with no gimmicks or surprises and I always comeback to this place. For the best pho, I would head down to Ossington but as I live in Markham, Pho 88 is pretty darn good. The regular is raw and cooked beef with tripe. If I feel good. I'll also order a soursop, my wife orders the coconut juice which has coconut pieces. As for the noodles, they are soft with a bit of chewiness. The beef is nothing amazing. The broth is tasty and you do get a hint of the MSG. The best is the consistency. No surprises or issues, the same tasty hot bowl of noodles we've had for years. FYI, surprisingly can be busy on weekends and late are night.
