  • Ordered a cake and when I arrived to pick it up they hadn't even prepared it! I had already paid and received confirmation for pick up. When I spoke to the owner he was making excuses and wasn't remorseful. He offered to make it and have me wait for an hour, and to give me only $5 dollars back off a $45.00 order.
