See other review first... then after waiting two and a half hours past check in time for a room. I now finally get my room and I walk in the room and a feather duster is laying across the floor, then in the morning I notice there is no shampoo and some half used conditioner and bar of soap is still in the shower and the lotion is also used. What I really question is if the shower and bathroom were even cleaned. This after being told they could do nothing for me for the late room and reminding me I am not even gold or silver with SPG. No but I am platinum spire with IHG and always get better service and value. If you accept the late checkouts and book the reservations for check ins there should not be a surprise how many rooms you have to turn over. I just booked 1 room so stop making your problem seem like my problem. The rude guy at the desk that pointed out I was not even silver or gold begrudgingly gave me a $25 food/bev certificate but even then acted like I was a freeloader asking for someone for nothing. Folks - save your money, you can pay a lot less, get a cleaner room with shampoo, and be treated much nicer than you apparently can at this hotel.
