  • WORST ACCIDENT ATTORNEY IN AZ. I Lost my health,house,career,credit of 750plus. Was rear ended, received 3 bulging disc in my Neck,Chronic Migraines, Spinal Fusion L5-S1, Neuropathy & Sciatic Nerve Damage down my legs. The girl had a $250,000 Insurance on her car, under Farmers... I received maybe $8,000. In my heart, I believe Farmers insurance and Michael Nysather made their own deal. Michael Nysather didn't fight for me at all. All I can say, is I'm in Lower Chronic Back Pain and had to file for Disabilty. I'll never be the same again. Can't sit long, stand in one place is excruciating pain. Therefore, financially, I now live below the poverty level. From being a new home owner of 8 years, an Associates in health care, working at the hospital. Living a great life. Now, I barely can keep shelter over my head. His name(NYSATHER)- means: Doesn't say anything. Exactly..... He didn't say enough for me to get my life back, from having the worst Accident Attorney, while he live in a huge home in North Scottsdale. He only cares about his self, and no one else. Good luck, if you hire this crook!
