  • The overall grooming service was great, my little Jax looked adorable. I would give 5 stars but... my first encounter was the initial phone call to discuss pricing and what I wanted done on my dog. The first person I talked to had no idea what services were offered and told me I couldn't bring my dog in because he was too little (13 weeks, already has rabies shot). I called back again and spoke to someone else and she was very sweet and answered all of my questions and said I could bring Jax in. When I arrived, I was greeted by a grumpy teenager wearing a hoodie and some basketball shorts acting like he hated the fact that he was there. That didn't really make me feel like I was dropping my dog off at a friendly place. When the groomer came out, I felt better about leaving Jax there to get groomed. They did a really good job grooming him, I just think customer service needs to be explained to the kid who was checking people in. I will be bringing my dog back!
