| - I've received many messages from people asking if my review is real - YES ! I posted another review on this doctors other Yelp title "GOLPA DENTAL IMPLANTS", please read it if your trying to decide if having the ALL ON FOUR procedure is for you. My Doctor Golpa review's are completely true, he changed my life . ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP AND IS TRYING TO DECIDE IF THEY WANT TO DO THIS PROCEDURE AND OR ASK ABOUT THIS DOCTOR I AM HAPPY TO TALK TO! If your having failing teeth and your in pain, I've been in your shoes and I wish someone had been there for me to talk to so I'm happy to be able to help!!!! Write me and I'll answer any questions about my experience. If you've already decided to do implants and are just trying to figure out what doctors to use then I strongly suggest you look into Dr. Golpa for all the reasons I stated in my other review. Price, caring quality - all the very best you could ever hope for! And I'm taking extra efforts to let people know about this doctor because he was the only doctor in the U.S. that I found with affordable rates, and if I can help make someone else get the care they need, like I got, then it's my way of showing how thankful I am for this doctor and his decency for providing this service at rates so much cheaper than every other U.S. Dentist!!! Dr. Golpa was HALF THE PRICE of what my two local doctors had quoted me for the exact same procedure. AND THE FINAL RESULT FOR ME IS PERFECTION! As far as figuring out if this is the right treatment for you,,,, after months of research for me it was clear - this procedure was the only way to go. After paying out a small fortune for several root canals and caps at $3,000 each tooth (THATS INSANE!) only to have more pain then more teeth fail and a few months later then more pain more root canals and on and on - I knew this problem was not going to stop. Looking at what options there are and what I wanted for my long term dental health and appearance, I made the choice to get the ALL ON FOUR implants as it addressed all the issues and I knew I'd be healthier in general. The overall health benefit was a big factor as I have an impaired immune system from a childhood illness and I am susceptible to infections. My gum disease was not getting better, the pain was excruciating and I knew bad dental health would result in other far more serious health issues with time. The ALL ON FOUR procedure seemed to address all of this , so for me, this was the absolute right treatment. But I had no idea how hard it was going to be to find a doctor I could afford and trust. It was so depressing going from a beautiful smile to suddenly failing teeth, between the pain, the cost, the appearance and then the inability to enjoy eating freely - this problem was ruining my life and changing me as a person. But what do you do if you can't afford the solution? Figuring out how to fix my health issue became something that depressed me even more when I was being told it was going to cost $65,000 and $75,000 CASH! I don't have dental insurance. Thank god I believed I would find a better solution than traveling to Costs Rica or Mexico if I kept looking. I'm sure there are good doctors in some of these places but the risk of traveling so far to a place where these doctors are not licensed and no regulations, and then after watching the TV show BOTCHED ,where you learn the horror stories of many people who have had bad surgical procedures by traveling over the boarder to save money on a procedure - THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS GOING OUT OF THE COUNTRY. But I understand - when your desperate to get medical help and you have limited funds these destinations rates , start looking very appealing. After MONTHS of looking, I started to think I was never going to find an American doctor that I could afford. Finding Dr. Golpa and his financing was a gift from God. Like many of you , when the time came to actually do the procedure , I was terrified but I promise , it's truly painless - and so worth doing! THERE IS AN ADJUSTMENT PERIOD after the procedure but it's fairly quick and your smile will look beautiful immediately. The adjustment is mostly in your head as you get use to how the bridge feels in your mouth, your head will catch up quickly. Im going back in January for an adjustment and I'm upgrading to a Zirconium upper because they look even better and feel even more natural. My only negative was that I had incredible swelling the first week and bruising, but within a week that all went away. But again it was NOT PAINFUL! Last if you call their office you'll probably talk to Carlos, he will answer any questions and you'll immediately see what I'm trying to convey about this group of people , you can tell they truly care!
