  • I purchased a Living Social deal for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure and I was very disappointed with my experience. -My appt started 15 minutes late and the staff came out with toe separaters like she had been doing her nails. -Staff were talking with one another about other situations during my pedicure and one person was even standing nearby me ripping hair out of a brush and throwing it on the ground while doing so. -I felt like it was a race for my services to be completed. Both the manicure and pedicure took a total of one hour to complete. Usually when I get a shellac manicure, that in itself is about an hour. -I was cut several times while she was trimming my cuticles, with no acknowledgment or apology. -The day after my pedicure, the polish on 5 of my nails had completely chipped off already. When trying to remove the polish on the other nails, since I now needed to repaint them, these readily chipped off and did not need to use any remover. I felt like it was a complete waste of money and was very disappointed as it is not often that I get to treat myself to such services.
