  • You can be worry-free about your car repairs if you visit West Town Monona Tire. They've had plenty of opportunities to rip me off and in 2 years they've always been honest and helpful. My only critical feedback is that they are a little on the expensive side for a non-dealer repair shop, so make sure to check their website and social media for coupons. Never hurts to call other shops and ask for their prices and let West Town Monona Tire have a chance to match the price. I tend not to do this because I don't really want another mechanic working on my vehicles anyway. The only other note is that they are more cautious than other mechanics I've worked with to speculate what might be wrong purely based on symptoms, so keep that in mind if you're worried about your car.
