  • Jim was on time, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (the flapper valve on the roof was stuck shut). He cleaned out the vent and even attached a new dryer vent duct at no additional charge. The dryer went from no airflow or heat discharge to 23 mph and 160 degrees of measured discharge after he repaired it. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend A 1 Dryer Vent Cleaning!
