  • We lived here for 8 long miserable months. Really poor management & office staff. They make everything look and sound good until you get moved in and see what it is really like. They don't enforce any of their rules or policies. Residents don't clean up after their pets and let them run around without a leash. Constantly had problems with neighbors slamming doors and cabinets and nothing was ever done about it. They also like to add in extra fees during your lease. There were constant problems with the main gate into the complex. They maintain the complex around the main office but not the rest of the community. I contacted the corporate office and they didn't seem to care about any of the issues we had there, just what the office manager had to say. We had a scorpion in our apartment and they wanted to charge me to get somebody out sooner than what their pest control schedule was. We had a few cockroaches go right under the back door into the apartment. The amenities were nice but residents would let their kids hang out and play on the gym equipment so you couldn't use all of the gym equipment. I would NOT recommend this apartment complex or any other Mark-Taylor properties. It is a bit expensive but it's in a good location.
