  • Horrible experience. I walked and didn't receive a greeting but the guy on the floor doing inventory says, "you probably need to take your hood off." Sir, it's 30 degrees outside, and there's a difference between a ski mask and hood. Never will I ever go in this store again. I'll keep spending my money with Infinity's End and High Life 30 miles away. Just to let you know it's very offensive to ask someone to take their hood off. It's better to say "Hey, I'm a little scared of you, can you please remove your hood?" I may take that better than what the guy told me. This store just let an article of clothing cost them future business.
