  • On Tuesday, a representative came out to do the measurements for shutters. He was friendly and nice (only reason why I'm giving 2 stars as opposed to one). He said we'd receive a quote via email. By Friday we still had not received a email, or phone call with a quote for those shutters. Shutterz closes at noon on Fridays, so we left a voice message. Monday (which was the MLK holiday) and Tuesday roll by with still no response. I am writing this review on Wednesday, 8 days after our measurements were completed with no quote or a response to our follow up request. I guess Shutterz is not interested in getting business from us, so we went with a different company that got us the quote as soon as they were done measuring.
