I have really been both a hater and a lover of this company. It was fine as long as I drove the 40+ miles to go pick up my pet's medication, but when I tried to order on-line it was a disaster the first couple of times. This company just does not seem to understand that people who provide their credit card and order on-line expect something more concrete that just the words "Your order has been submitted." No confirmation # or email. No order number. Nothing. And when I'd call to inquire about my order, the phone person acted like of course the order was being processed. But how does the customer know that??? Using their phone system is the usual Voice Mail Hell.
But now I have successfully ordered on-line twice and although I was freaking out without ANY confirmation until notice of a shipment from UPS, I have to say that it is very nice to have the order sent by UPS for no charge. So I will continue ordering on their website ... and hoping for the best.
