  • Went to get a mani and pedi here after reading great reviews on Yelp. Unfortunately my experience here wasn't as great as everyone else's. I went with a friend and we were both very disappointed in the services we received. At first, walking into the place, the man at reception was very welcoming and helpful. Showed us to the colours and then to our seats. The place was very nice and clean, I'll give them that. However the manicure and pedicure we received was really poorly done. To start, my pedicure consisted of a feet soak with getting the nails cut. My nails were not filed and the skin around my nails and cuticles was barely touched. I asked the woman who did my nails three times to remove a piece of my cuticle that was lose and my request was ignored. Both my manicure and pedicure felt rushed (and I had booked an appointment). My manicure was just as bad as the pedicure. It felt rushed and just like my pedicure, my nails were barely touched. I had to ask her to remove my cuticles and she told me she already had. It felt like I just got a colour change rather than a manicure. Overall, I felt like the services I received could have been done better if I had saved the money and done it at home myself.
