  • I went to XTC for my lift, wheels and tires a few months back and I loved the look it gave my 4 Runner so I was really thankful for that. But it was how they handled a problem that really shows their character. I had some kind of issue with my front left wheel which prevented the lug nuts from being able to be fully seated. Without any hesitation or finger pointing, they took care of the issue, including replacing the wheel, and even checked all the other wheels while they were at it, all within two days! Like most people, I lead a very busy life and don't have time for unplanned vehicle repairs. So, seeing how quickly and thoroughly they remedied the problem just makes me that much more satisfied with my purchase! There may be better "deals" out there, but no deal can replace great customer service. Thanks guys!
