  • I went to be a seller at 9:00am on June 22, 2017. Erica and Deerica were the rudest customer service rep that I have encountered. I walked in and they didn't say good morning. They were evidently annoyed that I was even in the store. They were on there cell phones. Barely looked at my items! The selected a few design shoes, carrier, maternity dress and offered only $20 for it. I draw to her attention the Minnie Mouse outfit in perfect condition than last minute Erica said yes that she will take it than took back on her word said no. The only reason is she did not want to put in the computer. They were also having a full conversation in front of my checkout. I didn't take the cash and took my items because they were just so rude. I don't want my items in there. I ended up just buying a Minnie Mouse swimsuit because my daughter loves Minnie Mouse.On to the next consignment who appreciate me as a customer. Tip: I read the reviews prior and decided to give them a try. Trust the reviews friends could have saved me some time.
