  • I first have to start by saying that I have bought MANY new cars over the 70 yrs. of my life. I have never been treated so well. Findlay Honda salesman Alex Young has to be one the most knowledgeable salesman that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Believe me I have had to educate many salesmen about the function of the car that they were selling to me. Alex was so helpful and went the extra mile for us. He even programmed my "Bluetooth" which I would never have been able to figure out. What a pleasure he was to deal with. My only wish that he stays right where he is at. My wife may need him soon! She to is thinking of trading her car in. While I am on this site I have to mention Findlay's Service department. They too are excellent! Have always been treated with the outmost of respect for routine check-ups. Cudos to them as well. Will never shop anywhere else. Would give 10 stars if I could. Also a shout out to Jeff in finance, what a pleasure as always. Way to go Alex. Will be back with my wife. Thank You
