I hate to say this because I like the place, but... service has really gone downhill. It might have something to do with the new app, so nobody wants to go out and check on you, it took 45 minutes to get chicken wings and tater tots and that was walking up and getting it ourselves.
Does the manager, owner ever come in and look around and talk to people? I doubt it.
The place has great potential but until the server's realize that if they walk around and talk to you ....their tips will increase, weird huh?
