  • It's a timeshare, so here's what I think. It's not a bad hotel. But the timeshare value is bad. It has free wifi, complimentary shuttles to the strip (or you could walk...bleh), and great staff. You get a full kitchen, and the room is great. Why I only gave it a 3 star was the value. First you have to pay the $10k for timeshare. Then when you stay for 3 days you still have to pay a resort fee and a cleaning fee. The total for that was over $120.... For $120 you can rooms on the strip. The rooms might not be as nice, but you aren't going to Vegas to stay in your room.
