Where to begin. My wife and I were ecstatic to buy our first home together and what should have been fun and exciting turned into frustrating and borderline infuriating. I'll save most of the details, but buying and watching a home built from the ground up should be a fun experience. The "Customer care" team ensured this was not the case. After walking through the property numerous times (four in total) we ran the gambit from inperfections being our fault to just carelessly flawed craftsmanship. Don't get me wrong I love my new home but I would rather deal with people who get result the first time instead of telling you what they think you want to hear. We went from being able to move in a month or so early to moving in several weeks after the projected move in date. Lennar cares about selling houses and not the people who PAY them to build them. Again the house which I have done several repairs to already and I'm sure will need more before my warrantee is up is very nice and we have quickly made it our home, but the time and energy spent to get it that way is for the lack of a better word rediculous.
