  • I would give them zero star if I could. I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service in the service department. I got a recall notice for my Toyota over 2 months ago. I called to scheduled an appointment to bring my car in. My appointment has been rescheduled 3x already and each time it was me who have to call them before my appointment to check if the replacement part was in. If I didn't call, I would have brought the car in for nothing. I understand that part may not be available, at least call me to let me know. But NO! They don't have such courtesy. Maybe they are not so keen on servicing recall customers. Long story short....its been months and my recall issue has not been fixed and I don't have an appointment to fix it as they now have no clue how to order the replacement part or when it will be available. I am looking into getting a new Toyota vehicle next year. Now I know I won't be shopping at this particular dealership even though it's closed to home
