My dad bought a 2010 Toyota Prius from this dealership. They worked with my dad's credit since he just had a bankruptcy within the year. They were able to find him a lender that offered 4% financing which was good considering my dad's credit. The Prius was fine but had trouble with the battery 4 days after it was purchased. We brought it to Toyota and was told that the battery needs to be replaced. Hybrid battery usually has an 8 year 100k mile warranty and even though my dad's car is below 100K, his date of first use was two months out of the 8 year warranty. Toyota would not do anything to help us out and wanted more than $3500 to replace the battery not including labor. This was almost half of what we paid for the car in the first place. We contacted Kevin from Another Time Used Cars and he was willing to work with us. Keep in mind that the car was sold used "as is" and the dealership had no obligation to stand by a sold car without a warranty. However, Kevin presented us with different options. He was willing to have us chose a different car from the lot if that was what we wanted. He also offered to replace the battery for free. In the end that is exactly what they did. This dealership replaced the battery of my dad's used Prius for free with a 12month warranty on the battery included. This is very good customer service.
