  • I went in for a blowout which I regularly have done in my own home town. I arrived for an appointment I had scheduled on line over a week prior. No one greeted me; it was almost like no one was there. I poked my head over by the shampoo basins to find a young lady washing someone's hair. This was maybe 2 minutes prior to my appointment so a bit confusing as there was only one employee. I waited about 10 minutes (there was a double booking or some other scheduling snafu). Obviously not this young lady's fault. We got down to the business at hand .She asked if I wanted volume and I clearly said no because my hair has a lot of it already. I noticed that she then used a volumizing product...weird. She did a fine job on my hair, which is of course what matters, but no one was terribly friendly or outgoing. A bit odd for a business where you have to interact with customers. I have only been the one time so could have been an off day for this place, but I would say if I were desperate I would go back but someone needs to manage this place better to make it a more pleasant experience.
