  • Although their merchandise is unique and great quality, ordering online is a nightmare. A month ago, I ordered my husband a t-shirt, and our baby on the way a onsie. After two weeks within ordering, I still did not receive an email of confirmation or shipment. Next, I "tried" calling the store. When you call their phone number listed on google, it says that the mailbox number is no longer in service and that the number is no longer in service. After a couple of days, I emailed the store and they never replied. I finally got ahold of a representative of the store yesterday. They told me that they haven't checked their online orders in weeks, and they have been bombarded because the Penguins won the Stanley cup. Our order was sitting in que for almost a month. They apologized and said they would ship out our order today with a shipping confirmation, which NEVER happened. Not sure who is managing the store and online orders. For a small business, its pretty pathetic. Hopefully their phone lines will go through tomorrow to see what the additional delay is getting my merchandise. I will shop again IN STORE ONLY.
