  • After the experience I had with my son today at the general pediatrics, which was disappointing since I've been taking my kids there for almost 10 years, I will NOT be going back. If you're going to be a nurse working with children, I suggest you have a bit more patience and compassion. And threatening kids is not a good idea either. I walked out of there so angry and upset while trying to calm my son down. I just cannot believe this horrible experience. Sorry PCH, you lost my patronage.
